I just thought I'd make the 10th L4D topic in the pub since I mean hey...we certainly don't have enough already.

If the 'undead' are already supposedly dead would it be actually killing them?

I think the best explanation is the 'infection', it's not actually bringing dead people back but giving living beings the mindless actions and look of a dead corpse like in 28 Days Later it's a disease called "rage" that turns people into mindless brain eaters and that they still have the ability to starve to death form not having the proper source(brains, blood etc) to stay alive. You're killing the semi killed I guess.

Well for starters I betrayed a small post-nuclear fallout village by setting off the nuke in the middle of it only so I could get a few bottle caps and a nice room to stay in, how bout you guys?
