No but in Pennsylvania neon and tint(which both the cars had) are violations and arn't road legal and are reasons for search due to "Suspicious activity". My sis has tint on her car and is always getting fined for it but its like a $60-$130 fine every time and she wont take it off cause its cool even though shes paid probably three times what its worth in fines.
