Since it has been recently pretty active on web games around here, this is an index for threads and web games pertaining to them. These games all are browser based. You need a webbrowser to use those games, but they are not a flash game where you just do some stuff and the game is over. They are rather a longterm thing.

Our own browser game maybe? Look at this topic.

Minicities
No big deal, you just visit the city once a day, and for that the city grows. Depending on what link you follow to it, you give it +1 population or industry or the likes. Doesnt take much skill but you can fast add a new city if you like.

Cyber Nations
Register to build a nation. Then edit your own nation and select "enter specific" under alliances, then enter "GameStrafe" to join the GameStrafe alliance inside the game. You buy land, infrastructure, military and you trade resources. You can fight against others if you like. All in all a pretty neat game.

Once we all become stronger, we should maybe (I dunno if it's asking too much) maybe get a single forum devoted to CN. Our Alliance will eventually war with others, request aid, trades, etc. It's all pretty difficult to discuss in a single thread.

It's certainly not needed yet, but maybe a little further down the road once our nations aren't weak and pathetic.

Hehe, cool. I am guessing the minicites tracks users/visitors by IP. If this is the case, and we have a host of pc's to acces the web from (either via home or work), would it be cheating to hit them each on a single day?

I don't have a city myself, but was just curious.

It does track by the visitors IP(im like 99% sure). And I dont think it would be cheating to click on all our cities with a differant computer even tho your the same person (atleast I wont tell minicity your doing it

)

it isnt THAT bad... it only kills 5-10 minutes a day, at most. the only major time killing is when you initially set it up and trade, itll kill an hour. the reason why it cant kill too much time is cuz you can only get funds once a day, so theres only so much you can change.

Here's another game I joined recently: Dark Warriors - The New Age

It's an RPG type of game. I don't know if it's any good, but it kills some time... Just be careful, as some game additions could actually cost you (real) money or deliver a lot of spam in you mailbox. I just play the simple game, without extras.

I second the forum idea actually, it's already getting confusing doing everything in the single topic, that's why I PM'ed a few people. Though the topic here might be better read than a seperate forum...
