Now, this is a serious matter we have at hand, and it must be treated with TLC and respect and with utmost recognition for it's ability to spit fire in you're eyes when you aren't paying close attention. If anybody, and I mean ANYBODY in here does apreciate, respect and acknowledge the Power that Hubert Hotdog upholds, then you can say it the end of the barrel of a 12 gauge shotgun and get the hell out.

First and foremost- The glasses. They represent wisdom and peculiarity. As he watches you through them, you know he judges you without prejudice. You better hope he doesn't dissaprove. Justice is always swift and righteous in the hands of Hubert Hotdog.

Secondly, there is the cape. Not only does it enable to him fly gracefully over the city like a kite caught in an updraft, it also serves as his net... of Justice. Entangling foes and street thugs in its 100% cotton threads of Grade-A American Law enforcement. You don't want to be caught up in the Net Of Justice when Hubert is mad...

Then we have the bun- The bun... Oh the Bun...! His Armor.... of Justice. The FDA approved wheat by-product protects him from Mustard and Ketchup (Or Catsup.. if you prefer) guns of all calibers. Also, when he's hungry he can always grab a bite to eat.

And lastly but DEFINITLY not least... The tights- ....Well what can I say? Whot he **** doesn't like tights? Non-American Law-breakers, that's who.
