Default First Day

A 9 hour shift on the first day . Heh, From 9 to 6, and man it was good ****. This is what I do:

- Place dishes in dishwasher
- Clean pans

Thats it. It is time consuming but man I love this job for not having to deal with customers, because I hate customers. I hate dealing with their crap, and I hate answering the questions.

Best thing is - Sunday is the hardest day, and I did well for myself. Not to mention it is buffet day and whatever isnt eaten, the people in the kitchen can eat it themselves. Man we had a bacon eating contest after work - I lost by only 2 pieces. Sean [the cook] ate 63 pieces of crisp, greasy bacon - I managed down 61, and Natalie [very hot college chic] only managed 6.

Unfortunately, I dont work again until this Friday at 5PM so the money train only ran today. However, I already went out and pre-ordered both Coded Arms and GTA for my PSP - because I dont see me leaving this job. The best of it all, the boss/owner himself was upset that he didnt make it in on time for the bacon eating contest - when do you see a boss like that, that doesnt mind you having competitions over left over food.

But one thing for you elders [if any] - why in the hell do you people not eat cranberries. You guys/gals surely love strawberries as the elders choked down all 5 pans of strawberries in only 4 hours. However I had to deal with cleaning and emptying 5 pans of cranberries. WHATS WRONG WITH THEM! EAT THEM - they are almost like prunes - so eat it.

Just soak 'em man. Fortunately I have the advantage of having 6 sinks. One set of 3 I have "Soap, Rinse, Dry" and repeat for the other 3. Double the soaking = easier the work.

Plus, this place has some damn fine chics man - god bless the owner for ordering that uniforms must be tight, and tucked in I dont have a uniform since from the start of the day my clothes are clean, but at the end, they are brown no matter what
