Default Need some advice
Hello,
I'm looking to get into coding, I'm learning bits of html and css atm. by coding my own wordpress theme. But i want to know what's the best coding to get into ( asp. css. php. html etc.) please some advice.

You best learn html first for web development.

All you need to go from amature to pro is:
PHP
MySQL
Javascript/AJAX
CSS
Apache Webserver
Linux Shell Scripting
FTP Commands
==Optional==
Python
Ruby on Rails
Perl
ColdFusion


ASP.NET is for Microsoft Websites but as you can see there are a very small number of them com paired to Linux PHP websites. As for most of the websites you will be coding in PHP, I'd recommend looking for Beginner tutorials with PHP and HTML so you will learn how to use them together.
