I have super slow upload speeds, is there anyway I could download the files from the website to the server without me having to upload? Scripts, programs, anything?

there's a thing called 'wget' although it may be called something else. But in essence it's a PHP script that will allow you to download files from 1 server to another directly without having to download it locally and then upload.
