Hey well I am buying hosting from a hosting company and downloaded php nuke now I want to cahgne the theme but when I upload all the files into themes and creating a folder for my files then uploading everything by hand It wont chow the images it will chow color but not the images what do I do?

Sounds like the images are not in the correct folder.

Yeah, check the file paths that the template is using and make sure it matches the default/working template.
