Default 78 fu*king dollars!

I just filled the tank in my truck. It was pretty well bone dry. Cost me $78.54.

Even in US funds that's $64.46. That is insane!

My truck is a 1998 Chevorel Halfton. 6 cylinder.

It was just taken to a mechanic one week ago and inspected. Everything works fine and the motor runs smoothly.

I just worked an entire day today to buy gas so I can go to work tomorrow. I am pissed off.

I drive a tiny Mercury Topaz and 10 bucks doesn't get me half full anymore. I'm with you.

It's getting crazy. it's a buck a litre here, (4.20 a gallon). I'm an 18 year old kid, man. Every penny I get is going either into my college fund, car insurance or gas.

No ****ing wonder kids are forced to take on full time ****ing jobs.

And the worst thing: There's not a ****ing thing we can do about it.

Yeah... Gas prices suck.... What I wanna know is why is diesel more expensive now? It used to be the same price as regular unleaded, now it is the same price as premium.... WTF?

And our octane went down a point a couple years ago. We used to be able to get 92, now we are stuck with 91. Hmm.....

All I know is that somebody is getting rich, and there really isn't a good reason for gas to be this expensive.

Shiut balls that's a crap load. It's double what it costs me to fill up......and half of what you paid seems like a shiut load, let alone double of what I consider to be too high!

I gotta go back in town. It's a shame. It's gonna cost like 8 bucks to get there and back.

Slight exaggeration.

Slight.

It is ridiculous. The other day I paid 25 bucks for half a tank of gas.

I envy you. That'll get me a little less than a third.

You can use a mixture of Diesel and Vegetable Oil in some trucks, I think. If you're lucky, some trucks will run on just the vegetable oil. You could look into it.

It makes your exhaust smell like you've been cooking fries.
