How shall I do them, cause the uber pwn medigun(I donno whats that called that makes every hit critical on ubercharge) is just overpowered and I need to get that

But I looked at allmost all of the medic Achievements and none of them looked possible to do :O
Can someone explain how people do this?

Try farming with some people? I got a couple achievements that way.
