I guess we should get this forum started with a classic.

What's your favorite class and why?

I like the spy, I don't really like stealth games, or sneaking. But there is some real skill in playing a spy well. Some of it is psychological, some of it is timing, and knowing who to stay away from. BTW, expect me to be lurking here... I love TF2, and wouldn't mind bringing my clan over to use these forums to yuck it up/arrange matches with like minded people! See you all on the battlefield!

well I narrow it down to medic, pyro and soldier.

out of those 3 mine is probably soldier, as pyro can only be effective at close range, and a medic on his own is very vulnerable.

I love the engineer. On occasion i play sniper (my home class) and sometimes heavy guy, depending on the team needs. But mostly i am engineer. I am the guy that builds the guns on the edge of a building so they get you when you dont see them, or they shoot you in the back when you run out of a tunnel.

Medic. I get lots of points for doing nothing, and everyone loves me.

Although I love to play every class...except for heavy.

Just had a little session as the Engineer. It's great how you can build things and upgrade them! I usually play as a different class when needed though.

I usually play Spy, as I find that it's good in just about every situation. A lot of it is just being patient, waiting and watching. If done correctly, you can get a lot of kills playing as the Spy.

Other than that, I love to play Scout. Nothing quite like zooming around maps.

i dont really have a fav. class per se. i choose my class based on team needs, attacking vs. defending, and map. im sure most of you guys do this, but it really dictates what class i choose, since i have just as much fun in all of em. i rarely play spy, but i find myself playing a lot of soldier, pyro, medic, scout, engineer, and heavy on occasion. if we have a good defense, sufficient medics, and dont need the scout rush, i go either pyro or soldier, depending on the map (open vs CQ)
