You may remember a few weeks back that following a FOX report, the CTA pulled the ads for GTAIV. Well Take-Two hasn't forgotten about it and they are now sueing the CTA for violation of free-speech and contractual rights for pulling the ad without reason.

The suit is looking for the CTA to run the ads, aswell as $300,000 in damages.

Hopefully Take-Two wins. CTA really did not have a right to pull the ads, how do the words 'Grand Theft Auto IV' inspire kids to kill each others? Now maybe if they stole some cars and actually comitted grand theft auto it would be different.
