The objective of Sewer is simple and very straightforward. The Strogg seem to have taken control over a sewer system in Japan and are planning to attack mankind from their toilets. It's the task of the Global Defense Force to prevent that and flush them out of the sewer system. In order to succeed the GDF needs to build some kind of jamming device that will destroy the Strogg shields that protects the Sewer entrances. This is not an easy task because the Strogg arrive at the scene a bit before the GDF so they can already set up their defenses. The main role in this part is for the Engineer, he is the one that has to build the device. But without proper backup he will fail for sure.
The first battle is very concentrated around the fort where the jamming device has to be built. Being able to use a vast load of heavy armor, all kinds of different turrets and hover copters gives a very intense battle feeling. The good thing is that even with all that heavy armor it's still the Infantry that has the main part in this game. It's very cool to blow up that huge Strogg Cyclops Walker with a Rocket Artillery (turret placed in or near your base which uses laser guided missiles to kill the target), or just nail the sucker with some rocket launchers.
