With the world-wide announcement of the Intel / Crysis Mapping Contest on January, 15th 2008 the current missions for the community are all about level creation. Whether it is Singleplayer or Multiplayer, everyone is welcome to participate and win state-of-the-art hardware and absolutely unique prizes such as a limited Crysis Desktop PC or a trip to Crytek's office in Frankfurt, Germany.



Cevat's Video Message

Today a new message has arrived that is directed to the entire Crysis community. Cevat Yerli, CEO of Crytek and creative mind behind Crysis has recorded an exclusive community related video. The content is a little bit about the past of Crysis development, Intel's Core2Extreme technology and how it affects Crysis.


The major topic of this video is about the Intel Crysis Mapping Contest which is currently taking place. He invites everyone to join the contest and talks about what can be done with the Sandbox2 Editor. In addition he explains a bit of the basic rules and also mentions a few of the unique prizes you can win.
