They will be like lot of other hi-tech weapons and there will be a "S&R" vehicle. (shoot & run) it would be like a ice+plasma superpowerfull vehicle and it would freaze the environment and do ravage like a nuke weapon. Did you saw the "demo" video of the nuke blast? well this is not comparable to my "dream" weapons.
