Intel Pentium 4 @ 2.8 GHz or AMD equivalent 1GB RAM nVidia GeForce 6800GT/256 or ATI Radeon 9800 Pro/256 Microsoft Windows DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card. HD free space 16GB

is this the minimum specs or the recommended spec?

I have all global requirment and even more except for my graphic card wich is radeon 1600...

edit: after informing myself: Radeon™ 9800 PRO is 128MB and my graphic card is 512mb?? so it will work on it??

I can tell you right now, that's not going to cut it. I'm running a P4 3.4GHz HT, 2Gb DDR400 OCz Gold, and an XFX 6800XT, and I have to run all low; no AA/AF, at 640x480 to even break 20 FPS. I'm thinking of buying a 7950GT AGP and a Q6600, which I can also use in a new rig when I build one, to get me by. My first priority, however, is a new DSLR. I hate being a poor student.

Yea, im gonna need to delete SOOOO much shit, like all my games, i have about 6GB free on my C drive and 3GB on my D drive, and i cant really expand (laptop), and an external HDD isnt gonna cut it for gaming.

Exactly, it will rub MUCH better on the final version, thats why the send out the BETA's, so that they can get data on how well/bad it performs.

The beta is 1.1 gigs. That would include the base system, the vehicles, weapons etc. So all the enemies not used in multiplayer and levels together make up 15 GB roughly? I don't think thats the case.

lol, just a few years ago my total hard drive space was but 12 gb

Now it's almost 1 tb so no worries here.

Even on build three I can't play well. I wasn't in the Far Cry beta, so I'm not sure how much Crytek plans to optimize things after pre-game testing.
