i haven't still some badges

I play Battlefield for 5 months and I still haven't recieved the folowing badges : Basic Knife, Piston, helicopter and others. In fact, for example i have killed 9 people with the knife and i haven't taken the badge. Also i have killed many enemies with pistol and i haven't taken tha basic pistol badge. Another exaple is that i have 15 repair points and tha badge says that in 5 points i take the badge, but still nothing. You have to get the requirements in one round, or else it doesn't count.

for example i have to to kill 5 enemies with knife in one round ?? ok then...

Yes, there are global requirements, and then there are IAR, or In-A-Round requirements.
