Name:: Björn Rombaut
Alias:: BruceLee
Clan:: Team Dignitas, LRRP (dod:s), *db* (cs:s)
Age: 18
Started Gaming: 9, started with console a bit, and than quake2
How much time per day do you spend doing something related to gaming? About 2-3 hours, it varies from day to day.
What do you do when you`re not playing BF2? Play other games, studying for my exams which take place at the end of August, learning how to play poker well, sometimes social life (rare moments :P)
Name some of your favorite moments in your career in pro-gaming. The 2 trips to Denmark with EXiT11, A great experience that I most likely will never forget. I had alot of fun with Guido, Teije (Blix) and Marcel. It was also nice to meet the players from the other teams.

Favourites
Movie: Enter the Dragon
TV series: My favourite at the moment is Two and a Half Men, changes from time to time though
Food: Lasagna, Fries, Les pommes dauphine
Drink: Canada Dry, Leffe Brune, Beer
Colour: Yellow
Number: 11

Most people would say you are one of the best infantry players in Europe, but are renowned for your pronespamming. How do you think 1.4 will effect your gameplay, and do you see it being a major change to the way clanmatches are played?
My pronespamming is overrated, there are far more better pronespammers than me and also a lot of SCRIPT MUCH??? People who do movements that just aren't possible with only fingers.
I think 1.4 will be a big change movement-wise, but as always when a new patch is released we will have to adapt and learn. I also think that the overall playstyle of people will be more focused on cover, strafing in close combat and gamesense instead of pronelaming.

Do you think it will effect the number of Infantry Wars that are currently being played? Which others teams and players have impressed you in these?
I think that most people that play the game now like the game and don't like pronespam so I assume that the number of infwars will stay the same, if not increase. The only team that has impressed me the last month in infwars is of course Saunaboys, insane amount of skill. Maybe Code7 would impress me to if they weren't so online :P

What were the reasons behind leaving Saunaboys for Team Dignitas, and what diferences are there in playing for Dignitas rather than your previous clans?
In Saunaboys I almost never played 8on8, while in Team Dignitas there is non-stop 8on8 action, that was the main reason.
The big difference is that Team Dignitas is more organised outside the game than the teams I was in. Also when i go to LANs abroad with the team I dont have to pay all the travel expenses and entrance fee.

Which competitions are you and Dignitas focusing on at the moment, and who do you see as your main rivals in these competitions?
I think that the main priority now is EuroCup and I dont see a real rival there thanks to the decision that the incompetent admins made to keep playing with the 1.22 patch. They destroyed the top bf2 scene, not some patch.
Team Dignitas is also going to i28 and we will probably go to HW LAN too.

With the mixed makeup of the Dignitas squad, do you seem that you suffer from communication difficulties from time-to-time, and how do you get around that?
If any of the non-German teammembers are playing, the German teammembers respect that and talk English most of the time. I'd rather have them talking German for small things, like enemy around left corner, that help winning the game than that we lose, so I don't mind that.
I studied German for 1 year at school, I failed badly on the first exam, and I never did the 2nd, but I understand most German words since German is not so different to Dutch.

Why on the Dignitas site do we see this picture (shown above) rather than the infamous "pizza picture"?
It didnt really fit the page I think

Any last words or shoutouts?
I would like to thank Team Dignitas' sponsors Creative, Abit, Qpad & Game-Hosting.
Shoutout to the boys in the sauna and the people in LRRP.
