Stats server Issue

Well as everyone by now I am sure knows, the stats have not been recording for people, for almost a week now. In an effort to consolidate the many threads being created for this here is the most up to date information I have been able to find. Although there is no real information on this at the moment, there is an answer page at EA where you can try and check to see what is going on with this.

EA Customer Support is currently aware of a stat outage which is affecting several players. We are working extremely hard to pinpoint the cause of the issue and correct it. EA|Dice, EA Customer Support and all the Battlefield Partners are dedicated to making sure that your game play experience remains exciting and that your hard work is recorded while playing Battlefield.

While every effort will be made to include stats gained during the outage, there is a possibility that those earned during this brief period will not be reflected in your final stats total. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and apologize for the inconvenience.

well I think it is time that they send some kind of post saying when they are going to bring it up. I see know point in playing the game if I don't get anything out of it so i hope to god they update the stats that we have gotten over this week of hell

lol, I love how people say they get nothing out of playing a game, because their stats aren't being recorded.

Update: As of 6-25-07 we are still working on this issue and appreciate your continued patience. We will update this FAQ again as soon as we have additional information.

Unfortunately (and honestly) I have to report that this will continue through the weekend. The good news is that the RSPs have really rallied to the cause and working with DICE, IGN, and our Battlefield Support teams, providing gigabytes upon gigabytes of server data to help get to the root of the issue.

On the stats server side, we're still seeing server stats being processed. This doesn't mean that resolving this is a lower priority, but it does mean that you may be able to try some servers you don't normally play on and receive stats while work on the issue continues.

Personally, I'd like to thank you all for your support of the game (and my fragile self). Everyone who has suggested some good mods to play, or made fun 'things to do while the stats are down' threads, or reported server information when I requested it has helped this community tremendously. This is a tough issue and I really appreciate everything you've done to help.

I'll check in this weekend to provide you with any updates.

Update from EA Violet

Some users are reporting that stats are working again on a number of servers. That is great news! I'm trying to pull information on the issue, the fix (if this is a full fix), and measures going forward so that you have better insight into the work applied to make sure you shouldn't have to see something like this again any time soon.

I'll give you the official update as soon as I have that information!

Its the new Map, Highway Tampa, there about 8 Servers that don't have it in there rotation and there stats update, as ive noticed stuff like GameArena and Internode have had it in one of there unranked Server Rotations and it Effected all there Ranked server to not update there stats, just like every other servers
Ive been playing on the Clan that im in server and my stats update Fine, and they don't have Highway Tampa in there rotation

mine is working normal but i play on mostly city map servers
