Outstanding.

My only query would be why the bridge explodes as the guy jumps off toward the boat. He doesn't drop C4 in the movie or have the trigger in his hand as he is free falling. The rest is hard to criticise, plots nice and simple. Im guessing there will be another part to it.....that ending begs it.

Another thing: edit : the sniper bullet doesn't spin.

You are knida nit picking here with the bridge and especialy the bullet .. I know that any movies I have made do not come near this quality .. I'm glad you said at the start you thought it outstanding .. because thats just what it is.

We now have it steaming High Quality in Gamerztheatre ..

This has to be the best movie I've seen in 2006.

I'm doing what he asked : giving a criticism. If your just gonna ass lick and say it was perfect then your not helping him. There were a few things, fairly big in the movie, which were unexplained or wrong. It helps in the future - and is called constructive criticism. I didn't say it was shit, because it wasn't, but I am entitled to MY opinion. If Keyelite wishes to ignore it, he can, I criticised specifically - "Comments are welcome! (Please try to be specific with critiques)" and did what he asked. Don't lecture me about being a nit picker.

Night, a couple people did notice that the bullet did not spin when i first made it.. I did try to get it to spin. However, every time i tried, the bullet would go into a very erratic path, so i gave up on that idea.. Hopefully next time, I would have learned enough to add even more effects to the bullet..

Also, during the bridge scene, my original intent was to have the cars itself be the reason why the bridge explodes (Which is the reason why i did not show any C4 or trigger). Looking back on it now, i would guess that it would be a bit unrealistic for two cars to hit each other and cause a bridge to explode without some sort of other means. I will try to make things a lot more clearer in the sequel.

Thanks

Pretty sweet movie, one of the best I've seen in a while. My only critique is next time turn up the resolution of the graphics, it seemed to me that the graphics were turned down a bit. I'm not quite sure if you can do that or not considering your machine may not be able to handle it.

Thumbs up Re: Chase at Fushe: The Movie

holy shit. ea should make that the bf2 intro.

i loved it. graphic quality could have been better, as well as the USMC voiceover. But, even EA/Dice cant get the sound for "requesting vehicle drop" right

the moding for the barrels and having all those car flips proves that you guys know how to make a movie, and how to make it right.

the bullet graphic was also very well done , although it seemed to curve down before it hit the Chinese soldier (but the camera work covered that well), it gave this movie an edge.

the bridge scene does need a guy triggering the explosion (or some how incorporate jumping and shooting back in, so the Chinese spec ops guy blows it as he jumps)

good music; proved to be intense and effective throughout the movie

Overall, you guys did a phenomenal job compared to many of the bf2 movies out there today. I look forward to what you'll come up with next, and i'll make sure to spread the word.
