AA Vehicle or Stinger

Hey guys, I'm new to bf2 and I don't know what a Stinger or AA vehicle is?

Stinger is a shoulder fired missle used asAnti-Aircraft. But in the game, it is mounted on the ground, normally placed inside some sandbags. AA vehicle is just some armor that is more geared for shooting down aircraft.

AA Vehicle = Tunguska, Linebacker, or that Chinese thing I can't remember the name of.

They have flak turrets and a couple missile salvos for shooting down planes and choppers. They're also armored extremely lightly and are bait for AT missiles and tanks.

Stingers are the US fixed AA turrets, they can fire 2 missiles before having to reload, but have unlimited ammo. The IGLA is the MEC/Chinese version, which works basically the same.

ok...well the reason I need to know this is because I need to get the Basic Air Defense. You guys got a pic of the AA vehicle or Stinger?

Shoulder fired stingers would be pretty cool. They have them in the USI mod.

That would put a stop to the rapage the MEC chopper dishes out at the TV station on Sharqi. The Stinger on that spawn point is worthless.
