Default accessing new vehicles for AF in single play

i realised today that i cannot play the 32/64 player maps, only the 16 player maps in single player for AF. whats even more annoying is that you cannot use the new vehicles unless you're playing on a multiplayer server. im an offline man myself so is there a way around this? i did a search but had no success in finding an answer. i think its in poor taste if EA makes these new features only available for online players only, or multiplayer type scenarios.

Start your own server and then just hang out by yourself using the vehicles for practice at least.

thats pretty **** poor of EA to do that. not everyone wants or likes to play multiplayer against people. in fact their whole handling of BF2 sucks compared to how BF1942 was. at least when u installed expansion packs in 1942 u just ran the latest expansion and u could access all the maps. in bf2 its stupid with special forces being completely separate. and now we cant utilise the booster packs in a single player experience? its not really good cricket as they say down under.

uhm the whole point of battlefield 2 is the online experiance hence why they have a ranking system, i do beilive it says something similar on the back of the bf2 box and even their website something to read up on before buying a game souly for SP use

thats fair enough but it still wouldnt be hard for their programmers to let these larger maps be available for SP as well.

Operation Harvest 16-32-64 SP

Now this is a Beta version but I've played it successfully without any CTD's.
