New Weapons

with the special forces expansion pack and euro force booster pack came new weapon unlocks. i'm too poor right now to afford these expansions but i was wondering if i can still get the unlocks in regular old battlefield 2. i've been on servers where i picked up some dead guys kit and it happened to be one of these unlocks only available in the expansion packs.

well u can pick up SF weapons, but you just cant spawn with them. you cannot get tier 2 unlocks with normal bf2. you must buy or use the EA downloader to dl SF

Another option is to have a friend of yours with SF log in under your account on his machine, play SF for like 20 minutes, and when he logs off, your unlocks will show. From there, just tell him which ones you want, and have him unlock them for you. When you log in under your account, you will have the SF unlocks that you selected.

I believe this still works...has anyone tried it Post 1.2?

I think that still does work. Im not sure though. I've heard from people that it was fixed in 1.2. Rumors >.>

Yep it still works, I just did it a few days ago.
