Is it just me, or is spotting a giant armored vehicle one of the hardest things to do now after the patch? Even if the tank is fully in the spotting circle, it just won't spot it unless you are like within 10 feet of it.

I've been having issues spotting USMC APCs as the MEC/PLA commander, but other than that, nothing here, o.O

If I'm behind a wire fence, I can't spot a tank for some reason. Was this a problem before the patch or just now, because I never noticed this error before.

Odd, I've still been able to spot armor and infantry at 100+ m . I don't usually have problems unless I spot the tree branch slightly off to the side, making a "?" pop up

Normal for me

Edit: No, you can't spot units behind those wire fences.

There's always been a problem spotting anything. Before 1.2, I use to see a tank, APC, helicopter, or anything and try to call it out but if something was in the way, like a fence, tree, mountain or something that's blocking maybe just a quarter of the object it won't spot it.

I have noticed that while spotting tanks/apcs/and even helicopters that often times it will spot an infantry on the ground near them... This happened every once and a while in 1.12 but it seems to be more frequent now.

What annoys me is that you can still get shot by them from behind those wire fences...

I thought it was me. Like I was losing my mind. I would spot an APC, and it would say "APC spotted". Literally right next to the APC is a tank, and all I would get is "enemy spotted". Since it lit up the tank with the red name of the guy inside, I thought it was sufficiently in range to get the "enemy tank spotted" or "enemy armor spotted" call, but I guess not. If the APC is in range, how could the tank be out of range?

Oh well. I'll take what I can get. Love the new AA.
