It's really a quiet job, mine, very few aggressive customers and only minor violent episodes during my six years. I could never work as a bouncer or something like that where violence would be a constant threat. I'm no fan of violence.
I've always imagined a robbery at my job would take place like this:

"This is a robbery!"
"Welcome, Sir. How may I be of assistance"
"This is a robbery!"
"Please, help yourself, Sir. I'll go sit over here in the corner and cry quietly. Let me know if there is anything I can do for you."

- Btw, mr. Butterknife. Isn't hating everyone and feeling superior to them part of the job description when you work with IT..?
