Where I work right now, our number has been incorrectly put up as the DMV's number on their website and google maps. We get about 20 phone calls a day that go something like this.
"Any Mountain, how can I help you?
"Yeah, hi, I need my school bus drivers license..."
"This is not the DMV, sir. This is an outdoor store."
"... so how much does the license cost?"
"Sir, you have the wrong number"
"But the website said tha-"
"The website was wrong, sir"
"But I want a license."
"Try calling the DMV, sir."
I figure at this point, if he doesn't get it, he probably shouldn't be driving kids around.
