Default The Customer is Always WRONG

So I want to hear your horror stories about dealing with your job. These stories can be about customers, fellow employees, managers, etc.

When I used to work at Lowe's way back, I had a customer who would always constantly nag at me for help. I was brand new at the time and made sure to let her know that I wasn't very familiar with plumbing and was still in the process of being trained.

Despite my warnings, she still believed me to know everything there was about plumbing and when I told her that I had no clue and would find someone who did, she would always whine about how poor the service was and mumble to herself.

Once she was helped by a coworker, everything would be fine. Except she would come back to me 10 minutes later and ask another series of questions and we would go through the whole process all over again. This lady took up over two hours of my time.

Sure I was new and didn't know anything, but come on. But still not getting any thanks after my many attempts to help her?

---

There was also another time when I had been there only two weeks and we were so under staffed that I alone was put in charge of Lighting/Electronics and Plumbing at the same time. I had to tend to about 9 aisles all by myself for about 3 hours. I don't miss that job at all.
