In the issue of PC Gamer for the Christmas season 2007 was a neat little article about Battlefield 3. It is only one page long and has no image that is from the game itself, none the less contains some nice information. Here a short example of it:

Since Battlefield 2, the team at DICE have picked up influences from MMO games. Persistent stat tracking and new weapons for experienced players will be present, but we're hoping for more.
