The shipping date is the 10th of October so it would be in stores on the 11th. Unless there has been a very recent change so that they can run beta longer. As of now if the game is still released on the 10th. We have 4 more weeks of beta, 2 weeks for production and prep for distribution (goin' gold).
They could still beta till the demo release if they need to though. Then just release a hotfix at launch for any last minute changes.
